This website, navanarealestate.com, is operated by Navana Real Estate Ltd. ("Navana", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through the website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

We collect the information you enter in our forms:

• Contact and enquiry forms: your name, email address, phone number, preferred unit size, preferred location and your message.
• Land-owner form: the name of the land owner(s), the name of a contact person, your email address, phone number, the size and location of the land, and your message.
• Brochure request: your email address, phone number and the project you asked about.
• Newsletter: your email address.

When you visit the website, cookies and similar technologies collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and the advertising campaign that brought you here (for example Google and Meta click IDs and UTM campaign tags). They also record actions such as submitting a form or tapping a call, WhatsApp or email link.

• To respond to your enquiry and follow up with you about our properties. Form submissions are stored in our website database on our own servers in Bangladesh and sent by email to our sales team.
• To send you the brochure you requested.
• To send you our newsletter, if you subscribed.
• To understand how the website is used and to measure and improve our advertising, including showing our ads to people who have visited the website.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use them, and similar technologies such as pixels and local storage, to keep the website working, to measure visits, and for advertising. Analytics and advertising cookies are set by our own domain and by Google and Meta, as described below. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work, but we will not be able to measure your visit.

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how visitors use the website. We may also use Google Ads to measure which ads lead to enquiries and to show our ads to people who have visited the website (remarketing). These services use cookies to recognise your browser and record your visit. When you submit a form, we may also share your email address and phone number with Google in hashed (encoded) form so that Google can measure our ads.

We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure which Meta ads lead to visits and enquiries and to show our ads to people who have visited the website. We may also send the same events from our server to Meta through the Meta Conversions API, so that measurement still works when the browser blocks the pixel.

When you submit a form, your email address and phone number may be shared with Meta in hashed (encoded) form. Meta uses them to match the enquiry to a Meta account and measure our ads. Meta processes this information under the Meta Privacy Policy.

Measurement data from your browser is first sent to our own tagging server at sgtm.navanarealestate.com, which we operate on our domain. It then forwards the data to Google Analytics and, where set up, to Meta. This lets us control and limit what is shared with these services.

• Our sales team, to respond to your enquiry.
• Our email service provider, which delivers form notifications to our sales team.
• Google and Meta, as described above.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

Google, Meta and our email service provider may process information on servers outside Bangladesh.

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and follow up with you, and for no more than 3 years after our last contact with you unless you become our customer. Google Analytics keeps event data for up to 14 months. Google and Meta keep advertising data according to their own policies.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law.

To limit analytics and advertising:

• Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Turn off personalised Google ads in My Ad Center.
• Change how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Meta ad preferences.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Email sales@navana-realestate.com with the subject "Delete my data" and include the email address and phone number you used on the website. We will delete your information from our records and confirm within 30 days.

The website is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
